Q: How do I book my tickets?

A: There are two ways to book your tickets


Q: How do I pay for my tickets?

A: Once we have your order we will email you with instructions on how to pay. Options for payment are; –

  • Bank transfer to Theatrestarz. (Details will be provided) – this is our preferred payment method
  • Payment via Paypal, (A paypal link will be provided)
  • Cash. Payments can be made in cash at a Saturday class
  • All pre-paid tickets will be posted out to you after 2nd January
  • Cash or Contacless payment on collection. Note, tickets will be held for payment & collection on the door at the time of the show.


Q: Is there disabled access to the theatre?

A: Disabled access to the theatre is limited with no wheelchair access. Please contact melodie@theatrestarz.com to discuss your needs and we will try to assist you.


Q: Can I choose my seats?

A: No. All tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis. We fill the auditorium to give everyone the best possible experience and create the right atmosphere for both the audience and cast. There are no restricted view seats in the theatre and there are no separation zones such as Stalls, Circle or Balcony. View an auditorium seating plan.


Q: Can we all sit together?

A: For each individual booking – Yes. For each individual booking, seat allocation will be made so that that the tickets ordered will be together in one group.

A: For separately made bookings – Possibly. Seat allocations are made on a first come, first served basis but if the ticket secretary is made aware, it may be possible to group several bookings together. However, as the number of allocated seats increases, this will become less possible to achieve. Please contact tickets@theatrestarz.com for more information if this is required.

Q: What if I need to change my booking?

A: If you have any questions or concerns over your booking please send an email to tickets@theatrestarz.com.


Q: Will I get a refund if I can’t attend on the day?

A: No. Refunds cannot be made after the show ticket date. We are a small business dedicated to providing opportunities for children to experience performance in live theatre. The cost of theatre hire and production makes this a continual challenge to achieve at reasonable cost for our members and audience. We would hope that your commitment to attend a show and support Theatrestarz and its members will be reflected in your prompt and prior payment for you booking. In the event of extenuating circumstances, we will always try to accommodate any requests made prior to show date. Please contact tickets@theatrestarz.com.
