First day of a new term and it was fantastic.

A warm welcome to two of our new crew members, Callum and Jo, its great to have you aboard.

And, of course welcome to all of our new members. We hope you enjoyed your FREE taster sessions and we look forward to seeing you again next week.

Our members, old and new, got to know me and the crew and we had a ball.

The props game was a great new feature and the group’s imagination knew no bounds when they went on to create their own playlets.

Streetdance in today’s heat left us all exhausted but hey, that’s how we roll.

So the first week of school comes to an end.

You’ve made new friends and want to do something together over the weekend.

We went both nights, so proud of our Grandson, and all the others they were amazing. Singing, some quite technical choreography to learn and lots of it, individual parts, the costumes…. But most of all the enthusiasm and enjoyment they all got out of it.

It has been brought to our attention that Theatrestarz is being wrongly connected to a startup theatre company in Sheffield.

I would just like to make it very clear that Theatrestarz is an independent business and in a business capacity is not connected to any other company, nor endorses or supports any other business in any way.

We continue to remain fully committed to our goals of providing a fun Saturday theatre craft club in a safe and welcoming environment for all, ages 6-16.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic dance / drama teacher.

If you love working with Children aged 6 -16, have a passion for musical theatre and possess the skills necessary to teach either dance or drama or both, we would like to hear from you.

All classes are held on Saturday mornings during school term time only, Sheffield S10.

The position would ideally suit a perfoming arts post or undergraduate wanting to further their experience.
